Competitive pay and incentives

Salaries are regularly benchmarked against the market so that pay at Campbell Arnott’s remains attractive and competitive. All packages are reviewed annually, with merit increases based on individual results and performance. Some employees also participate in incentive programs, which link individual reward to our organisational performance.

Flexible Work Arrangements

Our intention is to focus on results rather than hours spent at your desk so we also offer flexibility about where, when and how you work, balancing personal and work requirements. We believe non-traditional work arrangements allow our people to meet their out-of-work needs, whilst continuing to meet their work commitments.

Some of the initiatives that our people enjoy under our flexible work policy include staggered start / finish times, telecommuting, part-time work, job sharing and paid leave for new parents. All requests for flexible work arrangements will be considered but of course they may be refused on reasonable business grounds depending on the circumstances.
